I'm actively seeking an investment partner to develop the agricultural potential of this property.

Significant underground water is available at a depth of 450'.  A guaranteed well can be expected to produce a minimum of 50 gallons per minute of sustained flow under the guarantee, with a maximum expectation of 300 gallons per minute sustained flow. The cost of this well with an eight inch casing, electric pump, everything fully operational is locally quoted by a very reputable driller at $6,200 at this time.  A greater or lesser class of well is also an option.

This property is entitled to six water wells by Statute without permit request.  More may be added by permit request.

I'm Willing To Barter

Anyone in the water well drilling business is in an excellent position to make a barter arrangement.  I'm willing to share investment return or lease option with any water well driller in proportion to the amount of water he can bring to the surface.  Simply stated, the more water you hit, the more you git.  If you can hit a big water vein, and they are out there, you will be paid ongoing pretty much forever not only in lease option but also as a percentage interest in crop production.

Additionally, the South and West fences of this property are staked off, but wire is not up.  I have the wire and posts to fence with, but need the skilled labor to do it.  Therefore, anyone in the fencing business - who really knows what they are doing - and can perform under contract has a barter option, just call me.
