Just about everywhere you look, this is what you'll see to a greater or lesser degree of density.  The layout of the land is almost completely flat, with a slight overall dome of about eight feet from the center outward. This picture was taken of some of the more open area toward the south center.

Laid out in an almost perfect square. State Hwy 137 is the east boundary and a county road is the north boundary.  The west and south boundaries are open ranch land that is not fenced but is marked off with tagged posts.  Each of the four sides is just under one mile in length, with the total area almost one square mile.

Elevation 2,650 feet above sea level.

Surface water for animals is available from a well fed pond located at the NW corner.  Additionally, a water pumping windmill is located about 50 yards south of the southwest corner.
