Specifics of This Lease Offer

It is my intention to create a flexible and basically "open lease package" with regards to off season access and uses of this site beyond just hunting.  At $8,500 for the full year, I'm open to barter (click the investment link above), with all hunts and off season recreational uses included this lease package offers much more than just a prime hunting location:

  • This lease is offered April 15th to April 15th each year for the full 365 day year.
  • A fully maintained hunting lease, optimized for the hunter.

  • All hunting seasons are included.
  • Varmints can be hunted year round.
  • Additional hunting guests may be added to the lease.
  • Roads on the lease are hard packed rock, suitable for heavy semi truck use, and are maintained.
  • The camping area on the lease is an abandoned oil well, meaning a large, well packed rock base pad provides a great setup spot, with a private road leading into it.
  • Electricity is available in three of the four corner areas and down the entire east boundary (has to be stubbed at utility company poles on east boundary).
  • This location offers a "double dose" of remoteness.
  • No cattle are present to hamper hunting or target shooting.
  • Long term lease option is available.
  • Feeders are maintained operational year round.
  • Mineral blocks and salt blocks are kept out year round.
